Established in 1997, Country Care Group is now considered one of the largest and most respected suppliers of medical and in-home aids for people living with disability, mobility impairments, and the aged.
We are on the lookout for a Sales Representative (Solutions Specialist) to join our dynamic team based in Bunbury. As the Solutions Specialist, you will be representing the company brand by ensuring efficient and friendly service of healthcare equipment.
Your primary duties will require you to actively build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales and growth in your region. You will also support the service and delivery schedules for the Retail team to ensure efficient and accurate deliveries for our customers, which are key requirements of this role.
National Police Check, Working with Children's Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check are required for this position.

Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, occupational therapists, and staff at healthcare facilities to deliver excellence in the supply of products and services. Actively create community engagement opportunities that lead to client growth and company sales growth. Identify community growth opportunities and initiate business growth strategies to drive sales results. Organise and create logistical dispatches with the shipping team. Contact clients to arrange deliveries and collections of healthcare equipment. Our ideal candidate will have:
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external contacts. Unrestricted driver's license.
