In this role, no day will be the same and you will need to have great time management skills. You will work closely with the broader team to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Roles & Responsibilities Will Include
Contract administration. Email inbox managementInputting sales data and deals into CRMProcessing new listingsEnsure all sales and leasing listings have been completed correctlyAssistance to Directors. Providing a warm welcome to visitors, covering reception when requiredHandling incoming and outgoing mailTroubleshooting IT issuesAssist with organising functions and eventsEnsuring the office is clean and tidy at all timesAny other adhoc administration duties
The Successful Candidate Will Have
Experience working in a similar role High level administrative and organisation skillsOutstanding attention to detailStrong ability to problem solve and think on your feetAbility to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team Effectively prioritise and manage a busy workloadExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong ability with Microsoft Office
