We're recruiting for a Sales Executive to work across the Hervey Bay, Maryborough & Gympie region to showcase and sell some of the most exciting brands in the Australian and International beer, cider & seltzer market. This includes iconic brands such as XXXX, Toohey's, James Squire, Heineken, Stone & Wood, Guinness, White Claw and Kirin Hyoketsu. You will service one of the most beautiful regions in Australia from Hervey Bay, Rainbow Beach, out to Maryborough and down to Gympie and we're flexible as to where you're based. What does a day in the life of a Lion Sales Executive look like?· You will work with our established customers, creating innovative strategies that range from account planning to in-store merchandising and promotional execution with the goal of getting more of our brands into consumers hands· You will travel tour customer sites to fully engage and get to know their needs to service and best support them· You will be an absolute brand and company advocate – delivering growth through on-point and determined brand execution· Work with and collaborate effectively as a part of the wider Sales and Marketing Team· Always be on the hunt for potential growth and development opportunities within current and new customers What are we looking for?· Customer and consumer obsessed individual, you'll be driven to build effective and strong customer partnerships· Sales experience: You may come from a FMCG, retail, hospitality or even recruitment or pharmaceuticals background – whichever this may be, you are motivated by sales and have a drive for results· Accountability. You keep your promises and deliver on your commitments· A full, clean drivers' licence, as well as the ability to work in AUS on a perm basis This is a fantastic opportunity that provides flexibility, development and support.
