Location: Fully Remote with a Sydney based preference

Important Note: This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role hence the advertised position is Sales Executive. However, the final job title will likely be something much more senior. We are advertising with the Sales Executive title to attract only those people currently doing outbound sales.

About The Role As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth in the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) market. A standout salesperson will have experience selling into Sydney as they have recently hired someone in Melbourne. Having a network in Sydney will be a real advantage and worth highlighting in your application.
Your primary focus will be on selling cutting-edge digital transformation services, cloud solutions, and DevOps offerings to mid-market and enterprise-level clients. However, you can sell into smaller businesses if you like too.
This role offers full autonomy and flexibility, allowing you to work remotely while managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. You will engage directly with C-suite executives to build relationships, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales plans to achieve a $2.75M annual sales target, with expectations of continuous growth. Drive sales targets by acquiring new logos and nurturing customer relationships into high-value engagements. Spearhead sales of digital transformation services, cloud solutions, and DevOps offerings across various verticals in the ANZ region. Manage deal sizes ranging from $50K to several hundred thousand dollars, handling both short and long-term sales cycles. Act as a consultant to prospective clients, offering innovative solutions tailored to their needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CXOs and VPs of Engineering. Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute lead generation campaigns. Conduct client meetings both onsite and remotely to foster relationships and close deals. Travel locally and internationally for business development, including quarterly trips to India and twice-yearly visits to Singapore. Key Requirements Approximately 15 years of experience in sales, particularly in digital transformation, cloud services, and DevOps. Strong experience in selling technology offerings to technology buyers, such as CXOs and VPs of Engineering. Proven track record of acquiring new customer logos and driving high-value engagements. Ability to manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders. Experience managing large sales pipelines and consistently meeting or exceeding substantial sales targets. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while effectively collaborating with a global team. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers. Willingness to travel both locally and internationally as required. Non-Negotiables Candidates should ideally have around 10 to 15 years of sales experience within MSP, Cloud, DevOps etc. The role requires proactive sales outreach and hands-on client engagement. Preference for candidates with experience in consulting firms who provide similar services and with 3+ years tenure. Benefits Competitive salary package with a $270K base, $50K to $70K in commission OTE uncapped, plus superannuation.
