We currently have a rare opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Analyst to join our Sales & Marketing team based in our Mulgrave head office.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the core focus of this role is to support and be accountable for reporting and data analysis for the Sales & Marketing Department.
What you'll do:
Develop and deliver monthly and ad hoc reporting, while supporting with analysis of retailer performance to capitalise on retail and fleet potential. Financial Modelling and Forecasting.
Perform financial calculations such as Commissions, Loan Repayments, Subsidies, Residual Value. Assist in the design and implementation of sales strategies, programs and campaigns through analysis of data. Investigate, identify and consolidate external sources of data and information from the Automotive Industry and provide useful insights to develop strategies to implement in the market. Provide support to Marketing/Product Owners with intelligence of customer behaviours to be utilised in sales product strategies/placement in the market. Develop knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and capabilities. Be part of a cross-functional strategic Sales & Marketing department, responsible for identifying risks and opportunities within the Financial Services Industry.
Contribute to reporting and data project assignments. Expand knowledge in Financial Analysis.
Cost of Funds, Spreads, Margin, RORAC, Rates, Commissions and the impacts each level has on MBFS. Develop and maintain relationship with Sales and Marketing teams, Operations Commissions, F&C. Specialist in data/reporting knowledge in Sales & Marketing. We are seeking a positive and pro-active analyst, who will make the most of this opportunity to utilise their analytical skills, and has the ability to manage multiple high priority tasks.
Along with a passion for providing exceptional service and talent to build strong stakeholder relationships, this role requires a confident problem-solver with exceptional attention to detail, who is able to exercise sound judgment.
The skills we're looking for:
Interest in our prestigious brand, financial products and knowledge of the automotive industry. 3 years minimum experience within Finance, IT, or Sales & Marketing Department. Experience in financial modelling and forecasting ideally loans, amortization and rate calculations. Experience in data analytics, data extraction for target audience and ability interpret patterns and trends. Experience with MS Office applications and general computing/admin with intermediate to advanced Excel Skills (minimum requirement vlookups and macros). Experience using SAP, TM1 Cognos or equivalent system. Experience with data visualization/dashboard tools such as PowerBI or Tableau. SQL and database query skills (writing & modifying scripts). Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent). Tertiary qualification in Commerce/Business/Finance/IT. If you believe you're the right person for this role, please apply by Monday 23 September.
