role at ProcurePro . About ProcurePro Mission : To save 1 BILLION construction administration hours. What we do : Our market leading technology helps major builders contract with their supply chain by consolidating fragmented and manual procurement processes into a single platform (currently solved by Word, Excel & email). Key aspects of this role Lead Generation : Identify and establish high-quality leads for our Account Execs. Booking Meetings : Lock in meetings with high-value potential customers via phone, social media, email and in-person outbound activity. Face of the Business : Actively promote ProcurePro, network with industry, attend and present at industry events. Systems we use : Hubspot (CRM), LinkedIn Sales Nav (prospecting), Teams (video calls), Lusha (B2B database), Gong (call recording/coaching), Salesforce (outbound).

You're ideal for the role if you have… Track record : Proven success in prospecting, connecting with and booking meetings with potential clients. Fearless : You will need to be relentless, resilient and tenacious. Exceptional communicator : Excellent verbal and written communication. Personal responsibility & sense of urgency : You're results-obsessed & biased towards action. Enterprise experience : Comfortable speaking with enterprise customers & Senior stakeholders. A growth mindset : We're always hungry to improve and want you to contribute to this. Construction industry experience : This isn't essential but it's a huge bonus if you have prior domain knowledge of construction or construction-technology.

Compensation $70-85k + commission + Super (salary based on experience). Computer equipment allowance to ensure you have everything you need to be successful working remotely.

What happens next Shortlisted applicants will have an introductory screening call (20 mins). Successful applicants will have a longer call to get into the details of your experience and nature of the role (~ 1 hour). You'll receive a short assessment to complete. Assessment presentation and discussion call (1+ hour). If successful, we will check references & make you an offer!

All our interviews are recorded and shared internally with the CEO and hiring manager for the role. Recordings are then deleted once a hire has been made.
