Upon closing the sales, you will take payment over the phone or offer finance options, if this is the client's preference.Duties IncludeEngaging with customers to build rapport and understand and qualify their needsProviding detailed information about the product offeringsClosing sales over the phoneProcessing payments and finance applicationsFollowing up on leads where the deal was not closed initiallyGenerating referrals and additional leadsUpdating the CRM system and maintaining accurate recordsParticipating in a supportive and driven team cultureApplicant RequirementsWe are looking for a seasoned tele sales person, someone with a proven track record of making outbound calls and a strength in closing a sale.Proven track record in sales, ideally within a similar industryExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong computer skills and previous experience using a CRM system (Experience with Zoho is advantageous but not essential)Ability to build customer relationships and close sales effectivelySelf-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve high performanceExperience in selling furniture, bedding, medical equipment, or similar products will be highly regardedWhy ApplyHighly competitive salary with a generous commission structureMonthly rewards for top performers, including up to $1000 in gift vouchersSupportive and driven team cultureCompany voted number one in the industryThis is a great opportunity for someone looking for strong earning potential and the chance to progress within a thriving company.
