As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, maintaining a clean environment, and selling products at our retail location at Prince Waikiki Hotel. We feature products from our local makers and artisans that represent their individual narratives. Many of the entrepreneurs featured at House of Mana Up have been recognized internationally for their products' high quality or innovation. Responsibilities:

Greet customers, respond to questions, and provide outstanding customer service. Acquire and share product knowledge with customers. Operate cash registers/Shopify POS system, and balance drawers. Achieve established sales goals. Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards. Introduce promotions, opportunities, and special product information to customers. Adhere to the policies and procedures of the Company. Is punctual and adheres to designated work schedules. Is flexible and works well with peers and management to accomplish duties. Satisfactorily completes all duties as assigned by management. Performs housekeeping duties as required. Represents a positive attitude toward the merchandise and company.

Requirements:

Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to lift at least 20 lbs.
