They are currently looking for passionate Sales Associates to join their new stores in Belmont and Malaga.

Sales Associate As a Sales Associate, you will work closely with customers to determine their needs, provide product knowledge, and recommend the right solutions.
You will be the trusted advisor for all things mobility and independent living aids, offering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: Engage with customers, listening and offering empathetic solutions without a hard sell Learn and understand the product range thoroughly Guide customers through their purchasing journey, from quotes to returns/exchanges and organising deliveries.
Work closely with occupational therapists and allied health professionals to ensure clients' needs are met Become familiar with NDIS and My Aged Care funding programs Skills & Requirements: Prior sales experience, ideally in a consultative environment Driven and highly customer-focused Strong verbal and written communication skills High level of computer literacy Organised with a high attention to detail Ability to empathise with clients NDIS Screening (or willing to obtain) Full vaccination status (COVID-19 & Influenza) Clean National Police Clearance Valid driver's license Pre-employment Medical, Drug and Alcohol testing What's In It For You: Competitive salary Monday to Friday roster with an alternating Saturday morning shift (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM paid as overtime) Supportive and local leadership team Be part of a supportive team that is committed to making a real difference in people's lives.
