Sales and Administration Coordinator 
About the role We seek a dedicated professional to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders while supporting administrative and general duties across our regions. This role is essential in ensuring our division's efficient and effective operation by maintaining top-notch administrative functions. Additionally, you will be pivotal in enhancing customer engagement and increasing brand awareness across the regions.
Key Responsibilities Generate New Revenue Streams: Develop and manage new monthly parking revenue opportunities. Manage Parking Accounts: Oversee and maintain our monthly parking accounts. Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to our customers, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly and efficiently. Perform Daily Administrative Tasks: Handle daily administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the division. Support Marketing Initiatives: Assist in implementing region-based marketing directives to drive engagement and brand awareness. Key Duties include:  Daily Operations & Reporting: Manage day-to-day sales operations, handling customer inquiries, billing requests, and account administration. Drive revenue generation through efficient management of customer ticket purchases across all sites and departments. Support monthly invoicing, client reporting, and general administrative tasks within agreed timelines.  Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and understanding client needs. Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates and resolve issues promptly. Account Administration: Handle administrative tasks including contract management, billing, and invoicing with accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with internal teams to fulfil client requests and deliverables. Client Support and Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing account-related inquiries and troubleshooting issues. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Account Management: Collaborate with Account Managers to develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client goals and company objectives. Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Marketing Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies. Collaborate with the national product team on managing digital content. Liaise with the national product team to enhance digital visibility across search engines and social media platforms. Support the operational aspects of brand partnerships and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance the customer journey. Assist in executing promotional campaigns. Ensure local operations align with the rebranding strategy. Drive growth and engagement of the customer database. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities using CRM software. Prepare regular reports on account status and performance metrics for internal review. General Duties: Adhere to company values, policies, and health & safety regulations always. Participate in the annual performance review process and work towards achieving objectives. Comply with company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements. Fulfil any reasonable directives from your manager. Skills and requirements Demonstrated experience in administration and account management. Minimum of 2 years is preferable. Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills Demonstrable experience in delivering exceptional customer service and meeting clients' requirements Exceptional written communication and verbal presentation skills. Ability to deliver support and results as part of a team Proven ability to problem-solve & multi-task within the scope of the position Strong commitment to being solution-focused. Ability to interpret, follow and effectively communicate OH&S policies and procedures Ability to work in a team environment and foster close relationships with colleagues at all levels Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining high standards of work Demonstrated aptitude for technical information Ability to learn in real-time and not rely solely upon direct instruction to manage own workload and outcomes Positivity and determination to see issues through to resolution
