Job Description Oversee the accurate entry of customer purchase orders into the company's ERP system. Create and manage document work flows up to the point of delivery, as directed by management. Provide timely updates on any issues or delays in information flow to relevant sales and systems managers for immediate resolution. Ensure effective handling of client inquiries, quotations, and proposals. Demonstrate technical knowledge to clients, fostering confidence in the company's capabilities. Provide timely reports to track, monitor, and improve sales and delivery performance. Handle sales inquiries with accuracy and promptness. Manage small or designated projects to ensure products are supplied in line with client expectations and contractual obligations. Ensure adherence to company procedures and compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Apply quality, safety, and environmental principles in daily work activities in accordance with the company's Integrated Management System. The Successful Applicant Skilled in developing, building, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers. Adept at meeting customer needs and resolving conflicts to achieve positive outcomes for both the customer and the company. Proficient in coordinating and managing a diverse range of processes. Competent in reading technical drawings to understand customer requirements. Highly developed analytic and problem-solving abilities. Effective team player with a focus on achieving company objectives. Able to make independent decisions when necessary. Skilled at solving customer application challenges. 3-5 years in a similar role. Experience in administration or sales activities linked to technical production, manufacturing and assembly plants.
