What to expect Thorntons are market leading property specialists with offices throughout Scotland and our Estate Agency team deliver a first-class service to clients whether they are buying, selling or renting their property. We are recruiting a Sales Administrator to join our busy Perth Estate Agency team.

In this role you can expect to:

Assist clients to find their ideal home, discussing their requirements and guiding them through each stage of the process Act for clients in the sale of their property, liaising and negotiating with third party agents as required Arrange property viewings Update information on our property case management systems Produce and amend property listings and schedules Liaise with the Property Centre regarding properties for sale and advertising Identify any other services to support clients and referring them to the appropriate person/department internally to assist them What we're looking for A passion for client service The ability to build great relationships An interest in property Knowledge of the local property market is ideal but not essential A positive attitude Teamworker Good time management and organisational skills The ability to work to deadlines and with multiple clients and properties at the same time Application closing date: 6 October 2024 Apply online today!
