This includes contract administration, processing rebates and invoices, managing key accounts, and supporting our Sales and Account Managers selling Fertiliser.Backed by our Kwinana Customer Service Administration team, you will ensure a commitment and achievement of customer service and customer experience goals. You will inspire a professional, collaborative and service-oriented team environment and train and aid the development of our employees as individuals and as a team.You will also be responsible for driving a customer-centric approach by ensuring efficient use of our Customer Administration systems whilst also ensuring that questions and issues are resolved promptly. Your close and regular interactions with our customers will provide a unique viewpoint and enable our business to continuously improve the quality of programs and services we offer.In addition, some of your responsibilities will include:Coordinate the accurate administration and processing of product contracts;Ensure that customer accounts and orders are managed, entered and updated correctly;Provide supervision to the Customer Service Teams and support leadership roles, through delegation, monitoring performance, identifying training/development gaps and handling complaints;Provide Leadership and continuously improve professionalism and teamwork, provide clear guidelines of customer service and administration standards so that service levels and objectives are met;Ensure a safe workplace for all employees and customers by maintaining compliance with HSE management system standards.About you:You are a team player, self-motivated, who values integrity and has a strong focus on safety. You will have demonstrated customer administration experience, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ideally you will have had exposure to leading and managing a team, including roster scheduling, recruiting and development. In addition you possess:Demonstrated track record of delivering results (achievement of administration goals, sales goals, or customer service outcomes).Strong MS Office literacy.Passion for people development and shared success.Strong organisational and time management skills to be able to effectively network across a variety of business areas.Ability to support a team through busy periods.Ability to analyse and interpret quantitative and qualitative feedback into a meaningful call to action to improve team performance.Relevant experience working in the Ag industry or operational environment is preferred but not essential.We're proud of how we develop and support our team, including offering flexible working hours.
