We are currently offering a great opportunity for a well organised Sales & Admin Assistant tojoin our Nutrien Water team. About the role: Reporting to the Branch Manager you will be exposed to various areas of the business including:
Performing administration duties – Invoicing, Stock control, Material Ordering, Banking, Receipting, Reporting. Retail and trade sales on a variety of products within our water business including irrigation, pumping, and plumbing Answering customer enquires via phone calls, emails and instore Order allocation and picking/packing Stocktakes Store duties/housekeeping activities About you: To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment. In addition, you will demonstrate:
Experience working within a similar role. Effective verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer relationships. A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills. Excellent attention to detail. Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly. Ability to identify ways to improve internal sales processes. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and SAP or similar accounting packages. Why work for us?
