This role will support our Sales Team through a combination of internal administration tasks and customer liaison.

About the Role This role is integral for our Sales Team. It will require you to be able to work both autonomously and in a team environment and duties are varied, some including:
Process orders into production system and update as required. Be the first customer point of contact for converted orders. Liaise with operations, sales, and scheduling team to resolve customer issues. Ensure credit checks and payments are completed. Manage Fleet Management Organisations (FMO) and client order portals as required. Participate on project teams as needed to support Sales and Marketing initiatives. Work with Customer Care and Service teams to ensure optimal customer outcomes. Document significant meetings (internal and external). Support the commercial sales team as required.
