Fraser Coast Regional Council – Hervey Bay QLDAt Fraser Coast Regional Council our people are our most important asset and central to achieving our purpose of Building Better Communities Together.What we are looking for:We're looking for an experienced administrator to join our Safety and Wellbeing team as a Support Officer. You'll be responsible for supporting the team in the form of maintaining systems and attending to ad hoc enquiries. You'll also assist the Injury, Rehab and Wellbeing Coordinator with wellbeing initiatives.What your day will look like:Updating and maintaining databases, registers and systems ensuring complianceProducing relevant reports through a number of systemsMonitoring and reviewing processes and policiesProcessing Safety and Wellbeing documentationCoordinating meetings, agendas and interoffice communicationProviding a high level of customer service both internally and externallyWhat you'll need for success:You will have experience in a similar administrative and support focused role and will be confident and capable of working across multiple tasks at any time. You'll have strong communication skills with the ability to relate well to people at all levels both within Council and externally.A high level of computer literacy including the ability to pick up new systems with easeProven experience compiling reports and drafting correspondenceAbility to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environmentStrong problem-solving and research skillsApply now:Applications close 11pm on Thursday 28 November – subject to change pending qualified applications received.
