About the role You will support the delivery of divisional safety and wellbeing operational and risk services, positively influencing leadership on day-to-day risk management. This role provides high-quality safety and wellbeing services aligned with our strategy, frameworks, standards, and supporting systems.
What's Involved: Partner with leaders to manage and mitigate safety and wellbeing risksEnhance leader capability in safety and wellbeing through coaching and relevant development strategiesSupport change management activities to implement safety and wellbeing systems, initiatives, and programsEnsure safe systems of work are implemented and monitored in accordance with the Safety and Wellbeing Management SystemWho we're looking for: You will be skilled at working with a broad range of stakeholders, with the ability to negotiate and influence positive outcomes. You will have a high level of attention to detail and be effective at planning and organising your time to autonomously manage your own workload.
You'll need: Demonstrated experience in a similar roleTertiary qualification in health and safety, injury management or related disciplineAbility to operate within a complex and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and inspire proactive action and changePrevious experience in a retail environment is highly desirableWe're here to support you.
