This is a 5-day onsite position.Reporting to our AU Safety Leader, you will partner with the XXXX team to ensure we keep everyone safe every day!A day in life...Ensure compliance with safety regulations and develop strategies to promote a culture of safety.Collaborate with XXXX teams to identify and address safety concerns, conduct safety training, and promote best practices.Actively engage with various teams to gather and share safety knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Coach and influence our teams on Lion's safety management systems.Join our leadership meetings to provide safety information and stay up to date on business updates.Enable effective contractor management and inductions through upskilling our leaders on the Pegasus system (we will train you on Pegasus).Be our onsite SME to partner with our teams on machine safety, permit systems and LOTO.About You:Bring your safety background in any industry, as well as:At ease engaging with team members and leaders at all levels and building positive relationships.Enjoy being hands-on and onsite at the brewery.Experience within an operational environment is preferred, but not essential.Interested in the technical elements of manufacturing and machine safety.This is a rare opportunity to play a critical part in the business and make a tangible impact.
