We are seeking a highly motivated Safety Professional to join us as a Safety Partner for our Iconic XXXX Brewery in Milton, Brisbane on a Permanent Full-Time basis! This is a 5-day onsite position.
Reporting to our AU Safety Leader, you will partner with the XXXX team to ensure we keep everyone safe every day!
A day in life...Ensure compliance with safety regulations and develop strategies to promote a culture of safety.Collaborate with XXXX teams to identify and address safety concerns, conduct safety training, and promote best practices.Actively engage with various teams to gather and share safety knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Coach and influence our teams on Lion's safety management systems.Join our leadership meetings to provide safety information and stay up to date on business updates.Enable effective contractor management and inductions through upskilling our leaders on the Pegasus system (we will train you on Pegasus).Be our onsite SME to partner with our teams on machine safety, permit systems and LOTO.About You:Bring your safety background in any industry, as well as:
