A leading Tier 2 Principal Builder in Sydney is seeking a proactive Safety Advisor to join their team on a new build construction project.
They are known for their commitment to safety, quality, and innovation across a range of projects in Sydney.
This role offers the opportunity to play a critical part in ensuring the highest safety standards are maintained on site.
Key Responsibilities Conduct site inductions Review and monitor contractors' SWMS Oversee general site safety Lead site safety meetings Analyze site practice and implement improved practices Report and investigate incidents, injuries, and hazards and implement agreed control measures Help promote WHS&E awareness on site Ensure compliance with all Site Management Plans Maintain all WHS&E records for the project Work with contractors and site teams to eliminate and reduce workplace risks

Key Requirements Cert IV in Work Health and Safety essential Sound understanding of WHS&E Legislation and Regulations Previous experience in a Safety Advisor Role on Construction Projects
