The RoleLead Health and Safety across Noumi's group and the Ingleburn site, ensuring a safe environment for staff, contractors, and visitors.
With a direct report (Shepparton Safety Manager), you'll promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement health and safety strategies across the Group.Oversee hazard management, audits, risk assessments, and safety training.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote continuous improvement in safety performance.Manage incidents, contractors, and safety compliance, while driving safety initiatives.What You'll Bring Strong knowledge and ability to interpret health and safety legislation, policies, and procedures.Proven experience in both group and site-level safety roles.Excellent interpersonal skills for problem-solving, motivating others, and negotiating.Skilled in liaising effectively with various business units and stakeholders.Strong written communication abilities for drafting reports and external correspondence.Proven experience in handling confidential matters with discretion.Agile and adaptable approach to work in dynamic environments.Outstanding time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.High-level stakeholder engagement and effective communication skills.Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.Independent, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously.Why Noumi?At Noumi, every day brings new opportunities!
