At DEECA, we recognise the importance of fostering a culture of safety and wellbeing for all our people. As a Safety and Wellbeing Advisor, you will play a key role in providing expert advice and support to promote a safe working environment.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications A Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent) or working towards this qualification or higher.Proven experience providing safety and wellbeing advice and guidance.Demonstrated skills and experience in the implementation of safety and wellbeing policies, strategies and systems are desirable.Experience in emergency management operations will be highly regarded.This is an ongoing position available. The work location for this position is flexible within the Grampians Region with hybrid work arrangements available.
