We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Assistant

to join the HUB24 Group, People & Culture team within a 12 months fixed term contract

position.
This role is essential in supporting our recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates, and assisting in the efficient operation of the Talent Acquisition function.
The Talent Acquisition Assistant will play a key role in administrative tasks, candidate communication, and the overall coordination of recruitment activities.
The role is located in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities: Schedule interviews with candidates and align with hiring managers' availability.
Coordinate interview logistics, including meeting rooms and video conferencing.
Provide candidates with detailed interview information and ensure a positive experience.
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Prepare and send offer letters, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
Assist with onboarding, including new hire packets and orientation schedules.
Serve as the primary contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and external agencies.
Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and diversity metrics.
Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and industry best practices.

Key Skills Required: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred (not essential).
1-2 years of experience in a recruitment, HR, or administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
