Key Responsibilities: The Rostering/Oncall Coordinator will support our frontline workers as the first point of contact outside normal business hours for emergencies, unplanned leave and general assistance.
Assisting frontline staff with after-hours and emergency situations by providing logical and calculated decisions to ensure customer and staff safety Follow the escalation procedures as required Provide accurate information for reporting on calls, incidents and customer updates Assist employees with unplanned leave outside of normal business hours and fill the shifts with current staff Assist our rostering team with timekeeping, shift fill and maintaining effective rosters in line with our Enterprise Agreements Report accurate information on authorised and unauthorised restrictive practices within the allotted reporting timeframes Assist the rostering team with building of employee lines, inbox maintenance and other duties as required This position works on a rotating roster incorporating shifts of 230pm - 1030pm and overnight on-call.
This position is based at our Lavington office.
About You: Thrive in a fast paced environment Previous experience in the community services sector and/or disability or a call centre environment Ability to make decisions and communicate these decisions effectively to distressed employees Strong administration skills to create, update and maintain customer information in a variety of platforms Tech-savvy with the ability to pick up new systems and software with ease Ability to obtain a National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Clearance before commencement Current Driver's License Applications close Monday October 14th, 2024.
