To build meaningful relationships and make a difference in the lives of others.An integral part of our big-hearted BlueCare team, as a Rostering Officer you'll be encouraged to grow, develop and feel empowered to make the everyday easier for the people we care so passionately about.Your part in our BlueCare teamAs a Rostering Officer, our main coordinator of base rosters, shift replacements and payroll processes for our residential services, you will be responsible for the following:Managing base rosters within our Payroll system (Kronos) as well as ongoing, long- and short-term rostersReallocating shifts, managing planned and unplanned leave and exceptionsCommunicating updates and informing staff of shift allocations & replacementsEnsuring staff are working/rostered within EA and payroll reporting is ready for pay sign offCoordinating, managing and resolving enquiries in a high-pressure environment, including escalation of issuesWe encourage our team to be creative and enjoy themselves while contributing to our success.
