As a Rostering Officer , you'll be an integral part of our big-hearted BlueCare team, encouraged to grow, develop, and feel empowered to make the everyday easier for the people we care so passionately about.
Your part in our BlueCare team
As a Rostering Officer , you will be responsible for:
Managing base rosters within our Payroll system (Kronos) as well as ongoing, long- and short-term rosters Reallocating shifts, managing planned and unplanned leave and exceptions Communicating updates and informing staff of shift allocations & replacements Ensuring staff are working/rostered within EA and payroll reporting is ready for pay sign off Coordinating, managing and resolving enquiries in a high-pressure environment, including escalation of issues What makes a difference for you?

Previous experience with a service coordination, scheduling or rostering role Intermediate to advanced computer skills Experience within payroll administration Experience using Kronos Payroll system will be of particular advantage Start making a difference today
