Rostering Officer | BlueCare | Kingaroy Aged Care Facility Employment Term: Permanent Full-Time opportunity
Remuneration: $30.22 per hour + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (increases your take home pay)

As a Rostering Officer, you'll be an integral part of our big-hearted BlueCare team, encouraged to grow, develop, and feel empowered to make the everyday easier for the people we care so passionately about.
Your part in our BlueCare team As a Rostering Officer, you will be responsible for:
Managing base rosters within our Payroll system (Kronos) as well as ongoing, long- and short-term rostersReallocating shifts, managing planned and unplanned leave and exceptionsCommunicating updates and informing staff of shift allocations & replacementsEnsuring staff are working/rostered within EA and payroll reporting is ready for pay sign offCoordinating, managing and resolving enquiries in a high-pressure environment, including escalation of issuesWhat makes a difference for you?
