Rostering Coordinator

Salary: AU$70,000 - AU$75,000 per annum

About the Company: Unidex Healthcare is a privately owned recruitment company established in 2001, operating across Australia with main offices in Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, Northern Territory, and Queensland. We deliver supports to the healthcare and disability industry, primarily attendant care and nursing services. We have invested significantly in our framework and registrations to ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with an industry-leading quality management system.
The Role: Our QLD participant base consists mainly of high-complex care participants who predominantly have spinal and brain injuries requiring support from Support Workers, Enrolled Nurses, and Registered Nurses. Due to significant growth, we are looking for an experienced Rostering Coordinator to join our internal team in Southport, Gold Coast. This role is permanent full-time with opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the recruitment of staff/care teams (Support Workers, EN's, and RN's)
High volume recruitment
Assisting with screening potential candidates and conducting reference checks
Assisting with the onboarding of new staff
Rostering of care teams specific to each participant
Data entry into our CRM system
Ensuring compliance of all workers and other organisational governance is upheld

Skills & Experiences:

Prior experience as a Recruitment Consultant or within the HR/Healthcare Industry
Prior experience within the healthcare field
Comfortable speaking on the phone to candidates
Appropriate phone manner
Rostering experience
Attention to detail
