About the RoleAs our Roster Officer you will be joining our Carer Gateway Team.
Our Carer Gateway is an initiative to provide carers (anyone who cares for a friend or family member who is frail, ill, has disability or is an older Australian) with information and support to help them continue their fundamental role happily and healthily.
Our service offers short term emergency help including Respite, Counselling and Coaching.Duties Schedule our home support services to older people and people with a disability Match staff availability and experience with clients' needs and preferences Liaise and coordinate with external agencies to provide our clients with appropriate services Coordinate roster adjustments including change requests and cancellations for client services, ensuring communication is clear and action taken within an appropriate time frame Our BenefitsWe support people to live their best life.
