If you're a good fit for this role and live in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne, we'd love you to apply.About The RoleAs a Risk Manager - Projects, you'll report to the Head of Risk and will be responsible for supporting the second line of accountability function on risk priorities. This role drives continuous improvement of ART's risk management practices of the business and first line risk teams.Day To Day, You'llSupport the Head of Risk with engagement of key stakeholders including regulators.Support the Head of Risk with significant risk priorities and material change activities.Support the Head of Risk and broader Risk teams in developing, maintaining and continuously improving the RMF and risk management practices.Support the challenge, influence and oversight of risks, controls and processes, ensuring risk registers and the identification of emerging risks are well established and embedded across ART.Provide advice, insight, education and training to the business areas on the management of risks, including contributions to risk appetite statements, frameworks, policies and other risk management activities.Lead and support controls assessment consultancy and provide expert guidance to assist business units to make informed decisions and appropriate levels of control.Proactively display an effective risk culture by discussing risk and controls within the business, as well as routinely in business unit forums.This role is available as a 6-month secondment opportunity.About YouIt goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top-notch interpersonal skills.
