Our Head Office is based in Wagga Wagga but we are located throughout the Riverina Murray region.About the OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join our Quality and Safeguards team. As the Risk Coordinator, you'll work as part of a small and passionate Quality and Safeguards team to facilitate, implement and monitor Kurrajong's Risk Management strategy across all programs and services. You will have the opportunity to travel across our organisation working with managers and staff to help improve the lives of those we care for. Your responsibilities will include:Contribute to building a positive workforce culture that values and supports quality and safe practices.Promote awareness of a positive risk culture and provide practical support to staff and managers to implement our Risk Management System.Provide advice on risk assessments and appropriate risk mitigation strategies. This will include risks related to Kurrajong finance, business, brand, reputation and quality and compliant services.As part of team, conduct internal quality monitoring and assist in the facilitation of external and internal audits as required.Contribute and provide secretarial support to Kurrajong's WHS committee. This will include assisting in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of a new WHS and risk management software solution.Who are we looking for?Do you have experience in some but not all of the above areas? Don't count yourself out just yet! We welcome applications from those with formal qualifications in related areas and those with considerable working experience in related fields, such as Business or Quality Management.The successful applicant will have a professional development plan put in place to address any gaps in their skillset.
