About the role:
The Risk, Audit & Compliance Manager's purpose is to support the Manager – Legal, Risk & Governance and the CFO & EGM Corporate Services to proactively manage the risk, audit & compliance functions for Container Exchange.
More specifically, you will be involved in the following: Manage the performance of the risk, audit and compliance resources and provide advice and reporting on risk management, assurance services, integrity matters, and/or non-compliance with legislation; Lead the Risk, Audit and Compliance team, providing exceptional leadership by empowering the team to embrace creative problem-solving; Support the Manager Legal, Risk and Governance with the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organisation Enterprise Risk Management Framework; Manage the preparation and execution of the risk based annual internal audit plan with consideration to strategic and tactical audit activities; Define, design, and manage internal processes to ensure all internal audits are scoped and executed effectively; Manage the integrity, compliance and fraud investigations processes and outcomes; Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Compliance Framework and associated resources; and Manage ongoing liaison with internal and external stakeholders What we're looking for? Strong alignment to COEX's values - be proactive, value others, work together, contribute positively, be transparent; Passionate and interested about operating in a collaborative environment where you really can make a difference to the broader community; Certification in Audit and/or Risk Management e.g. CA, CPA, CRM, CIA; Certification in Fraud Investigation, e.g. CFE, or equivalent investigation qualification; Strong approach to process management and attention to detail; Experience in commercial industrial management, including experience in operational functions; and Sound communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across the wider business.
