Rig Mechanic / Heavy Diesel Fitter / Fixed Plant Mechanics

About the Role Lucas Drilling are looking for experienced candidates to join our maintenance division, someone who is hard-working, highly motivated and holds relevant competencies. As a Lucas Rig Mechanic, you will be part of a team responsible for the day-to-day repairs and maintenance of the drill rigs and support equipment, as well as troubleshooting and working through mechanical breakdowns as they occur. You will have the opportunity to gain mechanical experience on Prime, American Auger, Sandvik, Schramm, UDR and KWL rigs, among other auxiliary equipment including large triplex mud pumps, earthmoving equipment, trucks, and trailers.
