To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a RGM Innovation and Mix Analyst. As an RGM Innovation and Mix Analyst, you'll drive innovation recommendations for promotional strategy, pack-price architecture, and product/channel mix. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Finance, you'll align PepsiCo's financial goals with customer strategies and brand guidelines. Supported by the RGM Innovation and Mix Manager, you'll review pack-price architecture and provide insight-based recommendations, contributing to RGM's strategic priorities and cross-functional training.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities: RGM Innovation team member for Nobbys, Extruded, Popcorners, Sakata, Sunbites and Global Customers. Attending project meetings, collaborating with cross functional stakeholders to define price, promotion and pack size strategy.Align proposed pricing strategies with customer teams, ensuring that all recommendations are executable and accurately represented in stage gate P&Ls in collaboration with Finance.Monitor and review innovation pricing performance – elasticity, uplifts, competitor responses and work with key stakeholders to course correct if required.Support the RGM Innovation and Mix Manager in the delivery of the perceived value study. Interpreting the consumer insights and highlighting key action areas to improve performance.Continue the development of mix management as a key organizational skill set. Support the delivery of mix capability training and regular reporting to track progress with simple, approachable KPIs.Manage the usage and development of the GNRM Hub reporting system – focusing on identifying use cases and building adoption across the business.Build collaborative partnerships with the marketing team, defining the right topics and reporting to allow better RGM integration.
