RoleZendesk is looking for a dynamic person that is excited to learn more about the world of deals and contracts. As a RevOps Associate, you will help support sales reps in our Quote to Service Order process and ensure deals align with corporate strategies and will pass Finance audits.
ResponsibilitiesGuide sales reps through the deal flow process from Quote to Service OrderAct as a trusted advisor to quota-bearing sales reps and help them craft Service Orders (contracts)Review contracts to ensure it conforms to finance audit reviews and revenue recognition policiesPartner with Sales and Support teams to ensure all customer accounts are properly provisionedPartner with Support Advocacy team, Sales to respond and provide solutions to
customer's requestCollaborate with global teammates in different time zones and cross-functional
