Your Role Joining our NRMA Portfolio Execution team with a focus on Enterprise, Risk & Regulation, you'll work across a wide range of programs and projects as a Senior Business Analyst. Bridging the gap between IT and the business, the purpose of the role and your unique contribution is to partner with multiple cross-functional business areas to clearly understand and align the business requirements needed to achieve the business initiatives and solutions. Facilitated by your ability to work with ambiguity, collaborate, constructively challenge, negotiate, influence, you'll build strong working relationships to "take people on the journey." From workshops, process mapping, design, prioritization to business partnering through to delivery, you'll have an opportunity to directly contribute to the outcomes of various transformational business initiatives. This is a permanent role, and we welcome applicants from all major cities in Australia. About You Solid experience as a Senior Business Analyst Demonstrated experience undertaking business analysis with large groups of multiple cross-functional business areas on large scale programs of work and diverse range of projects e.g. risk & regulatory, business transformation, application development and process re-design. Demonstrated experience undertaking business process analysis and design to inform and enable quality project outcomes Demonstrated experience of a Business Partnering mindset and a team player with good business relationship, influencing and collaboration skills Exposure to Agile, Business Process Modelling and Notation (BPMN) and Design Thinking Desired personal or commercial insurance knowledge and experience ABOUT US IAG is the largest general insurance group in Australia and New Zealand.
