Revenue Operations Manager

Details of the offer

At Lyrebird we're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our team.

About us Lyrebird Health is transforming the quality and accessibility of healthcare by automating clinicians' most time-consuming tasks. Thousands of clinicians use Lyrebird across many disciplines — and this number is increasing every day. These clinicians trust us to deliver a fast, reliable, and secure experience, and we value this more than anything. We want to keep earning trust while continuing to amaze our users.

About The Job As Lyrebird's Revenue Operations Manager, you will define and refine the processes, procedures, operations, strategies, and funnels driving our growth. You'll streamline day-to-day activities, accelerate our revenue engine, and ensure our team works efficiently.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you'll lead all aspects of revenue operations, including forecasting, reporting, performance analysis, target-setting, incentive planning, onboarding, process optimisation, communications, and ongoing funnel improvement—covering every stage from deal creation to revenue conversion.
What you'll bring to the table Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in sales (selling and closing deals), combined with 2 years of experience in a sales or growth enablement or operations role, with a demonstrable track record of success.Efficient project management skills, comfortable managing a variety of projects simultaneously.Proficient in Hubspot and other revenue / growth / sales software systems; adept at utilising technology to drive results.Very hands-on — not afraid to roll up your sleeves to manage, execute, and drive forward large and impactful programs / projects.A growth-oriented and analytical mindset to drive data-driven insights and decision-making.Confident presentation and communication skills — you're adept at managing discussion and driving decision making.Strong and precise communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.User Obsession: You'll bring unwavering commitment to developing the most exceptional product for our users. This will guide every decision you make at Lyrebird.A Builder Mindset: You don't accept the status quo. You see obstacles as opportunities for growth and development. You're proactively building solutions, rather than fixating on problems. An Olympian Work Ethic: You're relentless in pursuing your goals and demonstrate a high level of ownership, care and pride in everything you do.Commitment to the team: You play for the back of the jersey, not the front. You're committed to acting in the best interest of Lyrebird and our users at all times. What you will do: Define and execute sales strategy (supporting Head of Sales) based upon individual and team performance, product roadmap, and GTM data / insight.Develop and deliver ongoing sales training / coaching and tooling / sales enablement assets.Analyse and optimise performance of the full Lyrebird revenue funnel and operational metrics, ensuring our CRM, lead qualification, management, pipeline hygiene and data is accurate. Deliver insights to continually improve sales performance.Identify product training and GTM requirements for new product / feature deployment to help our team sell Lyrebird's new products more effectively.Support the growth team with readily accessible and trackable reporting, analytics and dashboards — including, but not limited to, funnel metrics, leads and deals, pipeline hygiene, and individual forecasts.Ensure operational excellence by generating and regularly delivering sales unit performance reports and forecasts, including profitability, revenue generation, sales insights, KPIs, and growth levers.Enhance sales units productivity with ongoing dev-ops, process improvement and simplification, sales automations and software developments; and ensure sales process adherence from team members. Identify and eliminate sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.Administrate all technical aspects of key sales systems (e.g. Hubspot, Aircall).Ensure sales team can readily access required information (sales collateral, battlecards, decks, and more) with neatly organised digital files, folders, SOPs and policies.Collaborate with risk and compliance, customer success and product teams to develop and improve cross-functional operational architecture - including merchant onboarding, merchant support and go-to-market strategies. We're transforming the future of healthcare: All that's missing is you.
