Lagardère AWPL is seeking a passionate and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Sydney Airport.

Our M.A.C / Jo Malone store offers a fantastic range of beauty and fragrance products from these iconic beauty brands. As the Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving the success of this concept.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and safety standards. Analyse sales data and market trends to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Foster strong relationships with suppliers and business partners to enhance product offerings. Ensure exceptional customer service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally. Contribute to the overall success of the store by achieving sales targets and maximising profitability.
