Job DescriptionStep into a unique opportunity to create a legacy! We are on the hunt for a stellar Retail Store Manager with an automotive trade/background to help us continue to grow the Fulcrum brand and reputation. You'll help us select and fit out a new workshop (likely to be located in Tuggerah or surrounds), you'll recruit and develop a capable team around you, and you'll be fully supported by our retail leadership team every step of the way!
Targeting a store opening date of March 2025, we are seeking a passionate, energetic and enthusiastic individual to be the face of our new site; you may be an experienced Store Manager looking for a new opportunity, or you may be an experienced workshop controller/2IC seeking to progress your career. Whatever the attraction, this is a rare and exciting opportunity, and we want to hear from you!
As our Store Manager, you will:
Shape our store's persona: develop and implement fantastic customer service initiatives and high-quality service to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.Lead and Develop: With a commitment to apprentices and growing talent, you will cultivate the skills within your team to drive outcomes and maximise individual potential.Service and Support: Oversee customer orders and provide outstanding support, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every customer and encouraging repeat business.Desired Skills and ExperienceABOUT YOU Education: A Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent (required), Certificate IV in Frontline Management or equivalent (desirable)Leadership experience: Proven track record of leading successful teams with a passion for developing othersTechnical skills: Hands-on experience within a mechanical workshop allocating and managing work schedules, strong computing skills and attention to detail to manage administrationIf you're up for the challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
