Solid retail/hospitality operational experience + people management skills A strong work ethic, clear communication skills, and strong computer skills Strong business and commercial acumen Excellent organisational and time management skills Experience in inventory control and waste management Experience rostering staff and managing store costs and budgets Experience training staff in customer service, product knowledge, inventory control, and merchandising Proficiency in Microsoft applications - Excel, Word, Outlook & Teams Exceptional presentation standards and a professional approach Maturity, initiative, and a sense of urgency

As we're located in a dynamic airport environment, we operate outside typical business hours. We are looking for someone who is reasonably flexible with availability as trading hours will fall outside normal business hours.
