Your Role Step into this full-time Store Manager role where you will have the opportunity to manage the busy retail operations in Byron Bay 2481.
You will bank on your proven ability to coach and inspire your team to achieve their best performance and ensure Vinnies store in Byron Bay continue to be a popular place for people looking for good quality pre-loved treasures.
Your Responsibility Leading, growing and developing a team of paid employees and volunteers Ensuring extraordinary customer service is provided to every customer, every time Embedding exceptional operational and visual merchandise standards Meeting and exceeding sales and KPI performance of the store Champion the voice of the donor by upholding the highest standards in product sorting, pricing, and placement Building and supporting the volunteer workforce and engaging with the local community Role-modelling a 'safety first' culture in store Use the company's mission and values to support decision making, act as a brand advocate inside and outside of the store.
