We are looking for an enthusiastic and keen individual to fill the role of
Retail Store Manager
for our Lindt store in the
Victoria's Mayfair Shopping Center
location.
The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales and merchandising.Key Responsibilities:Manage the daily operations of Lindt Retail BoutiqueResponsible for generating and driving corporate salesUphold the values of exemplary customer service through modeling of behaviour and establishing appropriate guidelinesMonitor sales and labour issues on a daily basis with a goal to maximize store profitability without sacrificing customer serviceRecruit, interview and hire Retail Sales AssociatesSupervise store employees to maximize customer service, sales and profitTrain sales techniques and product knowledgeTimely order merchandise and supplies with focus on overall inventory management and loss preventionDaily reconciliation of cash with sales receipts, daily paperwork and accounting, payroll and other store administrationDevelop and utilize full knowledge of all products and sales information with a constant focus on achieving sales goals while controlling expensesOn-going performance management of staff, assist in the preparation and delivery of employee performance reviewsMaintain store merchandising presentation to company standardsMaintain high standards for cleanliness and food/product safetyCash handling, inventory ordering and related retail administrative dutiesQualifications:Post secondary education preferredSales oriented, able to develop/build business2-5 years of retail management experienceGood time management habitsStrong oral and written communication abilities (French and English)Previous experience in a merchandising or presentation capacityA history of going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer serviceA talent for sales and sellingA passion for chocolate!Rewards Package:The standard hiring range for this role is $54,957 - $68,697 CAD per annum with a 15% performance-based bonus.
The final agreement upon salary may vary based on market location and factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.We offer a competitive rewards package for our employees as well as a growth-oriented work environment.
