With sixteen big supermarkets Australia-wide and a market-leading e-commerce platform, Whitworths offers the best service, convenient locations, and a huge selection of quality products.We are looking for candidates to fulfil full-time sales positions in our Mosman Park store.If you have boating and sailing knowledge, are practical, and have an enthusiastic personality, we would like to hear from you.Duties Involve:Providing friendly and courteous service to our customers over the phone and in-person.Cash register and customer service desk operation.Store merchandising and housekeeping.Providing advice on marine products in our retail store.Skills Required:Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.The ability to stand or be on your feet for long periods.Physically fit and able to move heavy products and/or bulky goods.High attention to detail while showing pride in your work.Ability to quickly learn and adapt to tasks and workload.About the Position:You will be working a 38-hour week rostered 5 of our 6 trading days.Above award conditions and pay, with scope for advancement to a retail management role.Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential.Please include a cover letter outlining your boating and sailing experience.
