Beyond Rest Wembley is a state-of-the-art float, Hocatt & red light centre providing services to the general public, enthusiasts, athletes, professionals, artists, students and anybody else who wishes to benefit from the total relaxation that sensory deprivation provides and fat loss from the red light therapy.

The Role: The primary responsibility is exceptional customer service, pre and post-measurements of clients' bodies, wrapping clients in red light, helping clients enter the Hocatt Ozone chamber, cleaning and sales of appointments to support the growth of the Beyond Rest business. This is done through key measurements being sales/customer service outcomes and increasing membership revenues. Working closely with the management, you will drive customer engagement and retention, membership & pack sales, and maintain the centre with cleanliness and brand uplift.
You will work cohesively within a team, promote healthy team culture and coordinate the Beyond Rest staff timetable. You will have a passionate interest in the health and wellness industry and be proficient in administration, sales, caring for clients and customer service.
The Beyond Rest Wembley wellness customer service role is customer-facing and represents the image, services and culture of the business to both customers and the local community.
