Deliver a positive Customer Service experience across all touch points including in store, online and via phone.Efficiently and accurately process sales on POS including exchanges/returns as well as online orders. Accept deliveries, unpack and arrange stock, replenishing fixtures and stocktaking – lifting is required.Maintain and follow administration processes and systems with accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to communicate and build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.Follow measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPI'S)Ensure store presentation is maintained with daily cleaning and up hold visual merchandising standards for the store and any displays. Among other varied tasks.To be successful in this position you will need:- Proficient computer skills in POS, Excel, Word and Email programs.Customer service focus with friendly helpful attitude and willingness to 'go the extra mile'.Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to multi task and follow up.
