The store itself was refurbished in 2019 to accommodate the rapidly growing customer demands and now we have expanded our team into an additional location to keep up with demand and to facilitate our new status as Canberra's only Samsung Authorised Service Centre.
Job description
We are seeking applications for a Retail Assistant/Repair Technician. The role will mainly revolve around sales and customer assistance with the intention of progressing to assisting with repairs. At this stage, the role will be casual with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time position. Note we are ideally looking for applicants with computer repair experience as that part of the business is expanding and we need to meet demand.

Previous sales/customer service experience preferred.
Preferred:

Experience in a leadership role
Knowledge of phone models
Previous knowledge of phone/computer/tech repairs
Someone looking for long-term employment

Whilst these are desired, they are not essential. We are happy to train from scratch for the right candidate. Please note we are looking for a LONG-TERM staff member, someone that is looking for consistent work for an extended period. The tech role would suit someone that has previous job experience in phone or computer repairs. If long-term job security and stability are what you are looking for, then this is the job for you!

Pay: $25.00 – $34.00 per hour
