The Role This is a part-time role that will drive growth for Adore Beauty Retail Media.
The role will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, establishing and nurturing strong relationships with existing and new brands and executing strategies to meet Retail Media Targets.
Working with global brands such as L'Oreal, Estee Lauder and more, this role is ideal for a beauty aficionado with (ideally) a strong background in Retail Media / Trade Marketing/ B2B Marketing.
When required, this role will be "on the road" whether that be virtually or physically, to present the world of Retail Media and bring these brands onboard.
The role will work closely with our Retail Marketing Team who work in a hybrid B2B and B2C role.
Day to day responsibilities New Business Focus Lead, in collaboration with the Senior Campaign & Retail Media Manager on the new retail media business strategy and process to fast track onboarding.Actively pitch to existing partners and potential partners to bring them on board to retail media and achieve business targets.Manage a new brand retail media revenue target, strategizing on how you will hit the target.Explore and execute partnership and other marketing opportunities both in Australia and in NZ alongside other marketing departments such as the Affiliates.Manage the retail media relationship for new business creating and implementing media plans from formation to briefing to delivery.Provide post-analysis and insights on all retail media marketing campaigns to optimise strategy and grow investment.Manage and build these new brands through the incubator stage, ready to pass over to our Retail Media Specialist.Provide support, information and training to existing and potential brands to any tools or platforms Adore Beauty may use now or in the future.Launch new brands onto the Retail Media platform.Collaborate with the wider Retail Media and Retail Marketing Team on creating the Retail Media strategy to hit overall business targets.Identify and capitalise on trends and areas of growth within Retail Media and the wider business to drive further growth.Mentor the team utilising your extensive experience.Who you are Qualifications and demonstrated experience: Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or similar discipline and;3+ years experience in a similar role with specific reference to retailing of product.The ideal candidate will have experience in Retail Media / Trade Marketing / B2B Marketing.Skills and Attributes Self-starter who works well on their own but when needed, collaborates easily with others.High attention to detail, with the ability to multitask under pressure and work on a number of brand campaigns simultaneously.Exceptional organisational and planning skills that contribute to effective and efficient project execution.Ability to problem-solve that contributes to productive and creative outcomes.Passion, dedication and commitment to marketing with a great attitude. #J-18808-Ljbffr
