We are seeking a dynamic Retail Marketing Coordinator to join a well-established corporate head office.
In this role, you will support various marketing initiatives, ensuring effective communication and coordination with their dealer network across Australia and New Zealand.
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the campaigns team to roll out retail-oriented campaigns, including creating communication tools and managing campaign reporting.Act as the secondary contact for the Network Marketing Steering Manager, engaging with dealer network marketing managers both physically and virtually.Support the Marketing Circle and dealer marketing webcasts, update POS assets, and manage dealer communications.Assist with Product Launch Matrix meetings and processes, working closely with Social & Content Marketing, Performance, and Insights teams.Support ad hoc marketing projects, including internal and corporate topics.Assist the Marketing Intern with managing the dealer studio and liaising with dealers.Provide administrative support for the broader team, including finance compliance and reporting.Skills and Experience: Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.Previous experience in a related field is highly regarded.Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required.Excellent relationship building and management skills with both internal and external stakeholders.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional time management and organisational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Why Join: Opportunity to work with a leading brand in the industry.Collaborative and supportive team environment.Chance to make a significant impact on marketing strategies and dealer network communications.Potential for a contract extension beyond the initial 12 months.Flexible work arrangement with a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home).Application Process: If you are a proactive and organised professional with a passion for marketing, we encourage you to apply.
