Retail Manager - Multi Site

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Retail Manager to join the team in Dalby to oversee multiple detached bottleshops Reporting to the Hotel Manager, the Retail Manager will be required to provide strong leadership and management of all Retail operations and employees.Your responsibilities and duties will include but not be limited to:Ensuring the Bottleshop is compliant with legislative requirements and the companies' policies andproceduresAnalysing and reporting on key business metrics and ensuring constant improvement of Retail operationsManage budgets/expenses, analyse and interpret financial information, and monitor sales andprofitsActively networks amongst the community to encourage loyalty and understand customer/ communityneedsDevelop and implement an intuitive and efficient marketing strategy to promote the BottleshopsservicesDeal with maintenance issues, shortages in staff or equipment, renovations etc.The following skills, behaviours, and qualifications are essential:Current Queensland RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)Strong leadership, training, and motivational skills with excellent communicationHigh-level standard of personal presentation & hygieneAvailability to work hospitalityhoursAbility to manage conflict, remain calm under pressure, and workunsupervisedRetail Management and wholesale experience ideally within Bottleshops - minimum 5 years full timeBenefits:Negotiable Salary package on offerJoin a growing Australian-owned independent hospitality groupInternal training and promotions - career growth!Fantastic team and culture If you feel you are the right person for this position, please APPLY NOW!#J-18808-Ljbffr
