Retail Manager

Retail Manager Pizza Mills Pty Ltd is looking for an energetic, highly enthusiastic and hardworking individual with an amazing attitude to join our vibrant team as Retail Manager at their Dominos Store in Mackay. The Retail Manager must be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store and managing various team members. The successful candidate must have excellent organization and communication skills with a great attitude towards other staff and customers. Professional qualifications in management and at least three years of experience are required.
Key Responsibilities: Creating rosters via current rostering systemManage and monitor stock levels including waste management and stock ordersHigh standard of product quality supervision of all staff to maintain thisFood safety supervisionAssist with promotional advertising and marketing activities for sales growthAbility to understand and analyze sales figures and how to apply to business growth and improvementRecruit and train new staff to embrace the Domino's Mackay store cultureMotivate all team members to maintain high standards and increase salesReport to Franchisee various statistics and problem-solve how to improve these and understand relevance to business managementAn ideal candidate must have: Deep understanding of retail operationsStrong leadership and team management skillsExceptional communication skillsResilience and adaptabilityExperience Required: At least three years of experience in a similar field.
GOOD SALARY PACKAGE: (AUD 75,000 + Super)
